Testimonials

About a year ago, I tore my ACL, both menisci, and MCL, and underwent surgery two weeks later. I was devastated—mentally and physically overwhelmed. That’s when I found Tyler and reached out via Instagram. He had just recovered from a similar injury, and I looked to him for guidance. Tyler understood exactly what I was going through. He knew the road ahead wouldn’t be easy but reminded me daily that with the right mindset, anything is possible. He checked in regularly, offering support and motivation when I needed it most. What sets Tyler apart is that he’s lived this experience. He knows what you need and when you need it. His ability to connect on a personal level is unmatched. If you’re recovering from an injury and struggling with the mental or physical toll, I highly recommend reaching out to Tyler.

Injury: ACL, MCL, Meniscus Tear

“I had a full ACL and Meniscus tear and a partial MCL tear, surgery at HSS and a great 10 month recovery with welded warrior pt. The biggest challenges in the start were the mental hurdles of what the future was going to look like as well as what can I do vs not do until surgery and what to do.

Tyler guided me through the mental and physical aspects that kept coming up especially early on, meaning how to deal with it and what to focus on next. Lots of gritty quotes and videos, which helped me a lot, especially all the texts checking in and keeping me going when no one else was reaching out. He truly helped me get through it and to honestly not stress the process. I would give my experience a 10/10 because Tyler was always there to help me and keep me going even when I was down. I would recommend his service to anyone it would apply to. It 100% changes your recovery for the better.”

Injury: ACL, MCL, Meniscus Tear

“Tyler is an inspiring young athlete, gifted on and off the field. Tyler has recently, throughout the years, has been helping young athletes like himself, both collegiate and high school, with various injuries. He did this by sharing his stories through social media platforms and getting to know each struggling athlete who reached out. I got the pleasure of getting to know Tyler by contacting him because I recently had shoulder labrum and rotator cuff repair surgery.

Initially, I thought he wouldn’t get back to me because of how big of an influence he was on social media. Tyler responded within 30 minutes of my text. With all types of wisdom and kind, caring words to help push me through the long, challenging recovery process. Before reaching out, I struggled with the idea of being unable to play during my senior year. I’m a committed college athlete playing at Wingate University in the fall of 2024. But the idea of missing out on my last year with my friends and being behind the curve when missing such a crucial season was heartbreaking. I came to Tyler and asked various questions, but he didn’t give me just a whatever response. Tyler took the time to get to know me, sent multiple voice messages with encouragement, and shared so much wisdom on the topic. When I was down through the recovery process, I would replay these messages to keep me going and push myself.

My overall experience working with Tyler was unique and individualized, and he showed that he cared about me and my results. He took the time to get to know me and treated me like a person, not just a name on the internet like other influential individuals. I cannot thank him enough for this and the pleasure of working with him and getting to know him. Any athlete going through anything similar should reach out to Tyler. He is excellent with explaining what exact steps to take and shares what he’s been through while motivating you to push through the hard times, embrace the pain right now, and strive for future success, all while staying true to the process.”

Injury: Shoulder Labrum and Rotator Cuff Tear

“Doctor Allen told me that I would not be back for spring and I will not even be back for summer ball. It broke my heart. It was probably one of the worst feelings of my life. I never had in my head that I would be missing summer baseball. I thought that there was absolutely no possible way that I would miss summer. But now I’m missing my whole spring season and summer season as well. I completely lost it. I again felt that same sadness, frustration, anger and regret all over again. This time it was worse than before though. I felt defeated, like what I did wasn’t good enough. Doctor Allen gave me Tyler’s information to reach out to him. I did. Tyler helped me tremendously through the 6-9 month mark. The 6-9 month mark was the hardest part mentally of this recovery process.”

Injury: ACL and Meniscus Tear

“At first when I tore my acl I was sad but I knew I had to do one thing, and that was work my butt off as hard as I could to get back doing the thing I love. The one big part I struggled with was my mindset. So I did some thinking and I would always see [Tyler Sandoval’s] posts. As another faceoff guy, I looked up to Tyler in that aspect, but I also saw he tore his ACL and that his mindset was dialed in fully, which was something I struggled with. So when I contacted Tyler, I was just hoping for a little guidance and not expecting much.

The responses I got back from Tyler were so much more than I thought they would be. He helped me get back into the state of mind that I needed to be. Flash forward now, with the help from him and working the hardest I have in my life, I currently have 2 college lacrosse offers and soon more to come. I couldn't thank him enough for getting my mindset back in check and turning myself into something I didn't know I was capable of.”
